We are Pauletta and Gabby.
Our friendship started when we were placed in management at the same Starbucks in 2014. Over the years we followed each other working two jobs between Starbucks and restaurants and eventually just restaurant management. Our work ethic was very similar, always focusing on great customer service, taking care of our peers and employees, and always doing the best in everything we do. In 2021, we finally decided it was time to do something not only for ourselves but for our community. We wanted to take everything we learned and transfer it to something we loved to do and that could help others. Working 50-70 hour work weeks we knew what it was like to spend so much time away from home and then to spend the little time you do have at home just to clean. We started Berry Clean LLC for that reason. Your time.

The online portion of training shows our team how cleaning must be done, how to do it efficiently, and how they can continually improve with training always being added.

The on the job portion of training has very specific checklists, procedures, and in depth follow-up so we can see where to improve in real time.

Certification
The final process of the training is the official certification. Our cleaners must complete specific requirements and pass an exam to receive their certification to become a professional cleaning consultant.
